YOUR TASKS
Leading Regional Sales Manager Team for Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Netherlands)
Responsible for the subregion Southwest (Baden Wuerttemberg, Hessen, Rheinland Pfalz, Saarland) in Central Europe as Regional Sales Manager
Define and monitor sales goals/strategy for the partners & customers to maximize ROHM business
Give product presentations of the main divisions
Support annual strategy process and feedback on demands (partners, markets and customers)
Ensure the necessary focus of the defined Distribution partners
Represent all issues related to the product divisions
Identification of new products
Management of the DIN projects in CRM System CLV
Support of the Distributors over the whole supply chain
Support/coordinate input for product and revenue forecast and budget (Dainittei/Chunittei)
Prepare the sales budget, define win/demand creation objectives and alignment with management
Monitor the sales and demand activities through internal and external customers & partners
Internal communication and reporting to the Management, Account Managers and product divisions
Evaluate new / complex situations in volatile industry and Distribution environment
Influence sales volume within the strategic framework defined by the respective sales head
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor/Master in electrical engineering or similar
Adequate years of professional experience in sales (Distribution Sales environment) and leadership experience
Sound understanding of principles and concepts in own technical / specialist area
Promotion experience with Analog, Power & LSI products
Good knowledge of related areas (Customer Service, Logistics, Administration, Infrastructure)
Distinct knowledge of the market and the customers (e.g. Automotive, Industrial, Consumer, Distribution)
Ability to apply a variety of interpersonal skills also at higher management levels
Fluent in English and German
Team oriented and result-driven
